Ingredients:
- 2 pounds pork, cut in cubes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup water
- pinch of thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Put all ingredients in bowl and allow to marinate a few hours.
Drain. Heat some oil, brown meat, then add marinade and simmer over low heat 30 minutes covered. Remove lid and increase heat to eliminate any liquid. And the Haiti food recipe is ready to serve hot...hmm..nice one !
